Hi I am trying to change the recipient of the email received when a customer fills out the form. It keeps on defaulting to the email I have provided as my overall contact email instead of the one I have specified in the email section of the form creator page. If I change my overall email it gets sent to that default email. I want to be able to change the recipient email to one that is different from my over all email contact for your services and it doesn't seem to be allowing it. What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks for your time. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Its O.K. I worked it out. One has to use the full preview instead of the email test. The email test will only send it to your default email. The full preview will send it to any addresses specified. Cheers.

    Hello julianl,

I am glad to know that you figured it out yourself. Yes your understanding it correct. "Test Email" button will always send test submission email to your account email address. You should actually click on the "Preview" button and click on the submit button to test the notification email alert you have added in your form.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
