Can i include form in email?

If you would like to include a link to your jotform in the email, that is possible and you can see how to do it here: How to Share Form using Email Link

Now if you want to include the entire jotform in the email body, that would not be recommended (possible, but not recommended) since all email servers will block it and even some email clients would disallow the remote content that is needed for form to function to be called from within the email itself.

Even if you placed all the code in the email so that there are no outside calls needed, it would not be allowed because of the javascript code in the form itself.

Instead of that, I would suggest sending an email with the link to the form as each jotform can be opened on its own using its link.
