When I click to upgrade it is giving me yearly option instead of monthly

    When I click on that the option to pay $9.95 it is asking for a payment of $90.00. 
     Please see the screen shot below !  (( It says Jotfrom Premium Yearly )))   
     
    Description Terms Amount
    JotForm premium yearly $90.00 USD for the first year
    Then $90.00 USD for each year

    $90.00 USD

    When you click on the upgrade option it is by default selecting yearly plan since you have a better price with it, but if you want to change it just make sure to select the Monthly option instead

    Once you do you will be asked on PayPal to make payment for Monthly instead of Yearly plan.

    Do let us know if you have any issues or any questions in regards to the upgrade and make sure that you are logged in to your account before upgrading.
