Hi. This is my form: http://www.jotform.com/?formID=31667970192159

Until recently, I was getting a notification sent to tickets@riverstagetheatre.org every time there was a form submission.  As of yesterday suddenly that seems to have stopped and I don't know why.  I have checked the settings and it still says that an automatic notification should go to that email address above.  I have checked the Spam folder in that email box and there is no evidence of any emails from Jotform.  I have also sent emails to that account from a different email account, and my emails show up in the Inbox so I know the account works.  Do you have any suggestions?

The only unusual thing that happened yesterday was that I had to upgrade my account to Premium because I was starting to get over my limit of form submissions, but now that I have upgraded, I know there have been submissions (because I still get emails from Paypal when a payment is received) but I get no automatic email notifications.  Help!

I am sorry to hear that Jove, but based on what I see everything is being sent properly to your email address.

You can see the email logs for your account by following these steps: View jotform email history

Now as you can see it says SENT which means that the email was sent, but also that no errors were reported back. If they were, it would say FAILED instead.

Now besides spam folder, there are also bulk and trash folders where the emails might get to so it is good to check them as well, but not only on your webmail account, but on any email clients that you are using as well (since these are different systems, each being able to do this).

If you are still not able to find them, please let us know.
