    Unable To Print Submission using the Print Button in Inbox

    When I look at completed forms in my inbox, I am unable to print the form using the

    Upon checking the print button found in the Inbox menu, I was able to get the same problem. In my end it shows Print Preview failed.

    After clicking the print button it shows a "Print Preview Failed".


    Is this the same problem you are having? I'll need to escalate this to our developers so that they can investigate further and have it fixed. For the meantime, you can visit the "Submissions" page instead of your form and use the print button there, I believe it works.

    In your My Forms section, choose a form and click the "Submissions".

    Inside the submissions page, you can use the print button there.
