How to show an email field conditionally and make it required

    I need a place where people can opt in or out for e-statements. The hiccup is, I need there to be a drop down or something where if the persons says, yes i want e-statements, it requires them to insert their email.


    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    To accomplish this, you could use a conditionally shown, required, email field.  First add a radio button and an email field to your form.  Set them both to "Required" in their associated settings. Then, set the email field to be shown only when "Yes, I was e-statements" is selected:
