My account shows it is low on space

    I recently purchased one of your plans and I was running low on space before purchase, but this has not gone away yet. I am wondering if it has processed or not as I have not received any other submissions since without it also sending this message as well.

     

    Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to make it work properly. Thanks

    Hi,

    I checked our records and I was indeed able to find a PayPal based yearly subscription payment.  It does appear it was however not correctly applied to your JotForm account.

    I went ahead and manually updated your subscription to "Premium" and you should no longer have an issues with your account limits.
