    Hello baekhyunchik,

It seems I have already responded to you on your other thread:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/518797-How-to-set-expiry-date-of-form

In this thread it seems you have detailed question and I will go ahead and answer it again. As mentioned in your other thread, there is no default expiry date f your form. If you want, you can set the expiry date of your form other wise it will remain active unless you disable it yourself. The following guides should help you:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/274-How-to-clear-your-form-expiration-s-date

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.
