We have a form for an event coming up where people can purchase tickets. The form is live and submissions are going through but we've noticed a few have been submitted without us receiving any transaction details. Also, the payments don't seem to be always coming through to us. Any assistance you can provide would be extremely helpful.

Usually when this occurs, it means that the payment was not completed for some reason. You would then be able to find the incomplete submissions in your JotForm inbox. However, there are no incomplete submissions currently in your JotForm account.
When I checked your form, I was able to submit the form without payment by selecting "Contribution: I am unable to attend..." as the package, then entering 0 as the amount. If you then select PayPal, you can submit the form without filling in anything else. Since there is no cost, the user will not be redirected to PayPal.
Everything appears to be working correctly as far as I can tell. There may just simply be a few ways to submit the form without having any payment.
If you do not believe this is the case, let us know which submissions are missing the payment details and we will be happy to have another look.
Thanks so much for your response. There are two submissions that do not have transaction details - I flagged them in our submissions - can you take a look? We don't want the form to be submitted at all without payment as it's confusing for people.
I checked the submissions in question and something is odd with them. The calculation values came out to 0 even though there was an option selected.
The calculation value is the final value that will be passed to your payment field. I would check to make sure your calculation field is producing the proper results. If a 0 value is passed to the payment field, the user will not be required to fill in their payment details.
