When you say you can't set stripe to test mode are you referring to changing this option on our end or in your stripe account?
Both should be settable regardless and you also need to make sure you are using Testing with Testing Keys and Live with Live Keys otherwise that can cause this type of complication.

Hi i'm sorry, but if we keep playing email pingpong instead of solving problems i'm leaving jotform. This is email 6 or 7 and still no fix, ony new problems.

Honestly, I can relate to the fact that I really do understand the frustration you have here in regards to this matter.
I did some further separate testing on your jotform but I'm able to swap this around between test mode and live mode so I am having a hard time finding that to be the cause of the issue.
Additionally, we weren't intending to just play pingpong. We were gathering more information to try to find a cause of the issue you are having here so that we could rectify this issue and I do apologize if it has made you feel that way.
