Can you “turn off” having the form submission information stored in our jotform account?

It looks like we can have form submissions emailed to us  instead of logging in to get the information. I wonder if we can “turn off” having the submission info stored in your jotform account;, since this would lessen any security risks.

    Hellow Tawnya

There is no way to make system to bypass our servers.

Even though we have a Privacy policy and your data is stored on our servers which are highly secured, you might like to know that we have an app to delete your submissions right away.

Just some recommendations to have in mind:

    1. Make sure you have configured the email alerts the right way, otherwise, you might end up having no backup in our servers and no emails on your end.

Here is a guide to know How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues

    2. Integrate the form with 3rd party storage services such as Dropbox and/or Google drive as your backup.
