How can I download my invoice?

    Hi specialist-adv-program, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

    Hi specialist-adv-program, 

    Thanks for your patience and understanding. I've checked your account and I can see the last invoice in the account is for April 25, 2023. You can check it out here. You should be able to view the same in your dashboard. You can refer to the step my colleague Waqas mentioned in the previous reply.

    i,m unable to make the payment for the upcoming cycle, can you please share the payment link for the same.

    Hi specialist-adv-program, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that your subscription was canceled, and was scheduled to downgrade on June 8th, hence you were unable to make the payment. Please note, you can't make a payment for the next cycle until the current cycle expires or you have auto-renewal. I've canceled the plan for now so you can proceed with the payment. Please try to make the payment now, and it should go through.
