    How do I stop receiving email notifications whenever someone fills out my form?

    Hello,

    I have my form linked to dropbox and that notifies me when someone fills out my form.  I couldn't find where to turn off the notifications.

    To turn off Dropbox's desktop notifications, right-click the Dropbox icon in the system tray and click Preferences. When the Preferences window pops up, click the box labeled "Show desktop notifications" to remove its check mark, then click "OK":

    Thanks so much for the quick response but I think I led you to answer the wrong question.  Sorry.  When someone fills out my jotform, JOTFORM sends an email to my inbox.  Those are the notifications I want to stop.

    Okay, no problem. Please do the one of the following:

    CASE 1:
    The notification currently goes to just your email address

    1. Load the form in the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click "Email Alerts"

    2. Click Notification

    3. When the notification window pops up, click the "Delete" button

    4. Confirm that you want to delete the notification and save the form


    CASE 2:
    The notification currently goes to multiple recipients

    1. Load the form in the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click "Email Alerts"

    2. Click Notification

    3. When the notification window pops up, click Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    4. When the envelope loads, remove your email address from the "Recipient E-mail" field

    5. Click Finish and save the form


    If the form in question contains more than one email alert, take care NOT to delete the wrong notification or autoresponder!
