How can I get a single check box option?

    Hi 

     

    I cant seems to find a single tickbox option anywhere, at times this is used for disclaimers etc.

    e.g. If you agree please tick here

    You can use the check box field and only have one option available for selection. You can delete the text in the label so that only the check box option is shown.
