I am following up on a purchase order that we have to Plimus, Inc. for a JotForm Bi-Yearly Economy Subscription. I was told by Plimus today that I need to contact JotForm for the actual invoice.
Our purchase order # is: P0031190
JotForm Login Name is: AdmissionsNCCC
The order# that Plimus gave me is: 73039278
Is this something that you are able to help me with?

To view your invoice, please follow this guide:
1. Click on the icon found on the upper right part of the screen on most of the JotForm pages.
2. Click Account
3. Select Billing
4. Click Invoices
You can then click View to view your invoices.
You can also recover your Plimus log in details and get your invoice from there:
1. First of all, you would need to find your Plimus username in the email that was sent to you when you first paid for your subscription (Plimus is our Payment Gateway)
==> If you are not able to retrieve your Plimus username from your email inbox, follow these steps , before to continue to step 2
(otherwise skip them and go to Step 2 directly)
a. Go to the your account settings,
b. then click the Cancel button
c. Copy your Plimus' username (it's only numbers) and if you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link
After clicking on that, type your email address and your Plimus username , expect a message into your inbox and retrieve your Plimus password.

2 . Login to Plimus via this page: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp
