I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question.
Are you referring to this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/22987439729170?

Could you provide us with more details about what you want to do? Do you want to make public the testimonials that are entered in that form?

If this is correct, you could accomplish this by creating a grid report as described here: http://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report

If you're referring to something else, please let us know.
    Thanks.

Yes. That is what I am talking about. I know people can enter info and I get the email. But how can I approve the testimonial and have it paste back up onto the website??

It is up now only because I took a preview pic and posted the testimonial. BUT how will it just post after approval??

Unfortunately, the grid report that I mentioned before show all the answers provided in the form and I see that you want to only show the ones that have answered yes to the question "Make this testimonial Public?", right?. If so, you would need to use the API to run a query in your submissions and then filter the data to only show the ones that have answered yes.

You may need to hire a programmer to help you to achieve this in your website, or if you want to try to do this yourself you can read the API documentation here: http://api.jotform.com/docs/

Let us know if you need further assistance.
    Thanks.
