I have a form that will upload files to my google drive. I can upload small files without problem but when I try a large video file it fails. I pay for space on google drive and have abundant free space.  Can you tell me why my uploads are failing and what can be done about it?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

What is the file size of the file that you're trying to upload?

I cloned your form and found out that the maximum file size that you entered is 2000000 = 2GB.

The maximum amount of the file to be uploaded per submissions is 1GB. Even if you have multiple upload fields, per submission, it is limited to 1GB. You must set a max limit of 1024000 = 1GB.

Please refer to this guide about changing the upload size limit. It also provides information about the upload size limitations.

Let us know if you need any help. Thank you.

Is it possible to have the file upload directly to my google drive account? If so, would I still be limited by the 1GB submission limit? how would I set that up?

JotForm is limited to 1GB per submission. The integration doesn't matter, because all submissions will go to JotForm first. After that, JotForm will send the file to the integration (Google Drive) via API.

Select the upload file field and click the "Max File Size" button. You will see that you can change the value of the limits, change it to "1024000" then press the "OK" button. 1024000 is equal to 1GB.
