    Morning

I have set up a report to produce an excel spreadsheet of my submissions and it has been working fine until recently - last week.  I keep getting the error I have attached as a screenshot.

I have removed the report and re-created it and still get the same issue.  I also created a CSV version and that worked fine.  Im just worried that not all the data has been captured in this excel file.

And help you could offer would be gratefully appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Rakesh,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

There seems to be some unreadable content in the submission data of your form. I did try to filter the submission and the issue is related to the submissions you have received on February 17. If you download the submissions before 17th or after 17th, you should not see this error. I am unable to trace the unreadable character form the submissions data.

I am reporting this to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

For now I would suggest you to generate CSV submission report and it should display all records correctly. You may verify by matching the number of submissions. As of now, you seems to have 158 submissions in your form and once you download your submissions in CSV you can match the submission count to verify if you are missing any records.

    Thank you!

Could you please let us know your MS Office version? This would be very helpful to narrow down on and identify the problem.

    Kind regards,
