I added a new item to my forms but the submission don't include that item and confused it with another item what will I do?
Whereas it is included in the survey items and I tried it myself.
It is there in the submissions

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the duplicate ticket you created and I believe that you are referring to this form. Unfortunately, I quite did not understand your concern. Looking at the tables, the Teacher's Nationality at the end of the table column shows some empty fields.
Can you explain what you mean by the answers being switched?
