How can I change the name on the link?

Hi there.

We have created a form - WRCC Application.

However, when opening the link or sending it, the embedded name is SALT 2015-16 Application Form.

How do we change this?

Hi WRCCadmin, 

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You need to change the title of the form. As I can check, In your form you kept the Page Title as "SALT 2015-16 Application Form".

It is really easy to change the Page Title on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title you want to use. and that’s it. You’re done.
