    Hi,

I see that you build your website using Wordpress. Have you tried embedding the form using this plugin http://apps.jotform.com/app/form_generator_for_wordpress? Please try re-embedding using this plugin and let us know if it works.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

May I know which form you are embedding to your website? The link you shared shows this one:

I can't seem to find that form in your account, is this the one: http://www.jotform.us/form/41894516947166? If this is the one, may I know which part of your website can it be found? We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thanks for the information. Here's what I'm seeing in your website:

If you would like it to be mobile responsive, you can follow this guide that we have: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive. In the guideline, I would prefer that you only enable the one inside the Form Designer, the setting under Preferences would be better left as default. Please try it and see if it makes any change.

    Thank you.

That's odd. Could you try viewing the form's direct link to a mobile device to see if it works. I've checked the website on Android and it works fine, but in an iPhone it shows a regular size and it does stretched.

Could you try using this different embed code formats:

Shortcode using the Wordpress plugin for JotForm:

    [jotform id="50324083606953"]

Make sure to change the ID by your own form's URL ID number.

You can also use the iFrame embed code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Let us know if it helps.

    Thank you.

It seems to work correctly when viewing it on the direct link of the form:

But in Wordpress it doesn't show up correctly. There might be some code conflicts. Are you using a mobile theme for the whole website? Are you using more than one JotForm plugins? I would recommend that you try embedding it on a separate Wordpress page and see if it works correctly there, or you can try disabling your plugins and see if which one is the culprit.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
