    Hello,

i am looking to implement your form tool but was wondering about a few things.

conditional email message - can we send an email message based on evaluating entered values.

    Eample:

Code Word #1: ________ (entered value)

Code Word #2: ________ (entered value)

    Code number: _______ (entered value)

    validation:

if code word #1 = abc or ABC and code Word #2 = "test" and Code number = 50 then send an email that says "the values you have entered are a match.  Please use this as your confirmation email..."

otherwise send an email "Sorry but based on your entered values we cannot give you credit at this time..."

also so is there anyway to save this data into MySQL tables on a web server?

    thanks,

    Jim Andrews

Since we can assist with only one issue / question per thread, I have moved your question about the saving data to a new thread found here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/520937 to which we will be replying back to shortly.

In regards to your question about the email templates, you will be happy to know that it is possible and actually very simple to set up on your jotforms.

To do that, just take a look at this guide: How to send to a specific email address based on a selection?

Of course, if you have any questions or having issues realizing the same we are always here, so just let us know Jim as we would be happy to assist. :)
