Can I cut and past the form from last year with just a few minor changes?

If we can use your services again, without paying for the upgraded services, can I cut and past the form from last year with just a few minor changes? Or do I have to start all over again?

You can actually fully clone your form and modify the clone:

This option is available to all users, paid or not.  Cloning the form will make an exact copy of your form.
