There are no submissions shown in Submissions Panel and I have 155 replies

I believe that the other thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/521154 is related to this same issue so I would like to recommend to leave your further responses in this thread so that we can have everything in same place and properly assist you with this.

Now I took a look at the submissions for that jotform and I can see them without any issues.

If you are not able to do so, please try using some other browser (Firefox or Chrome). If this is true, then the issue is with the browser's cache and can be easily resolved for you.

Hi thank you for the very quick response.  I have tried in chrome and internet explorer and cannot get them to show.

Hm, that is strange Pauline. Could you please try with FireFox as well?

I presume that you were not logged in to your account before checking the submissions over the two browsers (that you had to log into each of them).

I have now cleared your joform cache - although that should not be the reason why the data is not shown.

Could you please try creating data report to see if you can see the data through the reports?

I would also like to ask you if you can take a screenshot of the issue as it might show us some clues as to what might be causing it?

I have been able to create an excel report but normally I can see the reports live on the submissions page but it is blank

It doesn't show anything in Firefox either

That is quite odd, I was able to see the submissions too, what operating system are you using? Have you checked if the browser's versions are up to date? Please make sure to log out, clear browser's cache, and log back in.
