We received a notification from jotforms saying that PDFs were ready to download and would be deleted after 15 days.
The form does not have auto-delete enabled so why would this happen?

The form is called 'Resident Complaint Assessment'

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You'll receive that email when you download form submissions as PDFs from Jotform tables. That link will be available for 15 days and will expire afterward; however, your PDF submissions will stay on your account which you can download again anytime you want for backup purposes. It is not related to your upload space.
