How to find form that I saved

    I can't find the draft form that I saved

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, I see that there's one form in your end, it is named "Website Survey Questionnaire Form". 

    You can access t your forms by logging in to www.jotform.com. You then navigate to the "My Forms" section to see the available forms.

    If you have another form aside from the one I mentioned, could you please share the form URL, you might have created it on a guest account that is why you're not seeing it in your end.
