I took a look at your inbox and I went through it, but I saw uploaded photos for each entry - photo with the link.
Based on the screenshot that you have attached, I presume that there was some issue showing them.
Can you please tell us if the same is still happening or if that was an issue with only one submission?
If it is still happening, I presume that it might be caused by your browser, so I would suggest trying the same, but over another browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
