I have survey form that some people cannot access.

I am assuming that perhaps their ISP may have your server site blocked.  But can you tell me if there is any special softeware that is needed in order for my form to work on their computers (JavaV?, shockware, etc.).

Forms created with JotForm makes use of JavaScript for this reason it would be ideal that this is enabled in the browser's settings. What you can do is put up a note on your website to let users know that they need to enable JavaScript on their browsers.

Below are some links that that provides information on how to enable Javascript depending on the browser they are using.

    Enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox

How to turn JavaScript on usingGoogle Chrome

Enable Active Scripting in Internet Explorer

    Hope this information helps.
