I have attempted to upgrade, but I go to pricing and it will not allow me to select anything. I have attempted to review my account profile, but it is completely blank. I currently have submissions coming in and I am hoping not to lose any of them.Page URL:

I checked your account and I was able to select different payment options from:
I removed the pending downgrade in order to allow your submissions to continue to come through while you get things sorted.
If you still are unable to upgrade from the pricing page, try clearing your browsers cache and cookies. If that still does not work, if possible try a different web browser. If all of that doesn't work, let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

I tried all of the above mentioned, but it is still not an option. I am looking for my profile and although I have a log in, the account profile is blank.

Even the pricing page is blank? http://www.jotform.com/pricing If you have adblock or something of that sort, it may be blocking the popup.
You can also try logging out, clearing everything again then logging back in. At a minimum the pricing page should be working. If that isn't either, we can have another look. I checked your account in a few different browsers though and was able to see the option to upgrade in several areas including in the upgrade section of "My Account".
