I have created a log in page and once submitted I have a link sent to their email. Unfortunately every time they open the link it directs them up the last application submitted. I have had people open up the link and have the applications completely filled out by someone else. This has been a problem with submissions as well as with privacy. Please help me correct this as soon as possible to allow submissions to run smoothly and get completed by our deadline.
After concerns from staff I tried it and have included the link I received on my email

I have also included the primary contact information webpage

Hi,
The probable cause of this is because of the Auto Fill feature enabled in your main form. If your staffs are using the same computers, network IP or the likes, the last form that is being submitted would be the one that will be seen. I would recommend that you disable it first to avoid problems.
If you would still need to have that feature where your staff would be able to save and continue filling out the form in a later time, it is possible using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/. This doesn't need the auto fill feature and would be dependent on specific email address and specific link, so it should work within your network or the same computers.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
