How can I allow one responder to fill out multiple forms?

I will be sending my form to one representative who will fill out the form multiple times for many different clients. I also need the representative to be able to save forms and continue later. I have figured out how to set up the save and continue function, but it appears that because the form will be linked to the representative's email as the username, the representative will not be able to fill out multiple forms for different clients. Each time the representative clicks the link in his/her email he/she will be taken to the form already begun and doesn't have the option to respond to and save new forms. Is there a way around this? I have tried a test with myself as the representative and even though I re-did the initial step (where I enter my email and a link is sent to me) it recognizes each time that I have already entered that email and sends me the form I already started working on. I can't get it to send the same person new, fresh forms while still saving other versions already started.

To my understanding I think that you mainly want to be able to allow your clients to be able to enter multiple jotforms to edit them along with being able to save continue.

First Off which jotform(s) are you trying to achieve this with? Is there a particular order if any?

I found two in your account. Is this for those two or just one? Please let us know or provide us with a link so that we can take a look.

You may want to take a look at using prepopulation to generate sessions that are email based.

Alternatively, you could just allow them access to edit it through the "edit-link" tag in the notification to update the submissions as needed. For this you would have it in a similar format to edit them or you could just chain them together via url redirection after submitting. Also I would like to point out that in order for this to be saved in the above way you'd need to resubmit it for the changes to take effect.

If you need any further help with this though just let us know.
