need help resetting password for account whose email address is no longer active

    I created a Jotform account (I believe) using the email address "" but I am no longer with the company that address is associated with. The person who will be handling the account going forward has the email address "" so I was hoping password reset instructions could be sent to her address instead. Please let me know if this is possible.

    Hi Nick,

    After reviewing the email address provided, I am seeing that the email only has a Guest account associated with it. This means, that no account was created. The guest account does not have any forms associated with it.

    If you created an account with form associated with it, you can provide us with the link to the forms and we will be able to assist with the account the form belongs to.
