You can create a PDF copy of the form by using the Create PDF feature of JotForm. This can be done by doing the following:
1. Login to your JotForm Account
2. Click on My Forms
3. Right click on the Form from the list and choose "Create PDF Form"
You can also make use of the Print button and add it on the form to allow users to fill it out before printing. Open your form in JotForm and then click on the Submit button. From the toolbar select Print button.
