Document download feature from form inbox not working properly

    Good afternoon,

    I have 3 different forms that are equipment safety checklists. All day I have not been able to download the form submissions from the inbox of any of the three forms. When I try to use the download feature, it behaves like it is downloading and then nothing happens. When I check my downloads folder in the browser they do not appear there. This is the first time I have encountered this particular issue.

    So far, I have tried clearing the cache, closing and restarting the browser, and restarting Jotforms and the problem has been persisting.

    When I click download and print version like I normally do to save these to another location, I see the following:

    It will show "preparing" for several seconds and then just revert back to the above screen with nothing showing in the downloads.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just heard back from our Developer Team. They've solved the issue so it should all be working fine now.

    Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

    Hello,

    The issue is fixed and you are able to download submissions as print version on Inbox now.
