There are fields in my form not showing up in the email notification sent

    We created a new form, embedded it in our Wordpress site using iframe coding. When the email arrives in the inbox, there is missing information.

     

    I sent a screen shot of a test email. There is no text showing up for the Man's Name or Woman's Name, but in the submissions obtained by visiting the Jotform website, the information is in the correct fields.

    Hi,

    I checked your notification and a few of the fields do not match the field ID in your notification.  If you replace the fields in your notification with the proper ones by clicking on them in the right hand column, it will place the proper field ID:

    Alternatively, if you would like the most update field ID for all your fields added to your notification, creating a new one will do so:

    After I updated to the proper fields ID's though, I was able to see them in the notification.
