my saved form link has now empty answers

My saved form link is now showing empty boxes.

Last night I saved the form, checked the link but the files i had uploaded were having issues being submitted so I saved it and contacted the owner of the form. Today I have tried to go back to my saved form to copy and paste my answers into a word document and the boxes are all blank. Almost 5500 words and 2 evenings of work disappeared.

Previous links are also blank

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I'm sorry that this is happening. Please note that when enabling this feature, if the user access the form again from other browser, other system or clear the browser cache, the saved data will not be accessible.

I believe user must have used some other computer or browser or must have cleared browser cache. Please ask user to use same browser to access form and see if the saved data is visible. If the browser cache is cleared, it is not possible to retrieve the saved data.

Please note that it is also possible to save the input data of form in session as well. This feature will save the input data in session and actually stored in our server. This feature requires two forms and the main form should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved in session only on the click of the next button. I saved the form and sent the link to my email on the days previous and it worked fine

Thanks for getting back to us. If you fill out a form and then save your partially filled-out form, you can access this using the link sent to your email. But only the form owner can check the draft you filled out.
