Smooth siganture not responsive

    I have added the Smooth Signature widget to my forms, but they do not re-size to fit on mobile devices. How can i make it mobile responsive? I tried adding the Mobile Responsive widget, but no luck with that either.

    Can you please try enabling also the "Make this form responsive" option in the Form Layout in the Form Designer.

    Check if this makes the form responsive on mobile browser.

    Let us know if still not resolved.

    The smooth signature field still is not responsive after enabling "Make this form responsive" in the designer.

    It was responsive when using only the actual URL of your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50506523844958

    But I do see it also not as responsive when viewed using your website.

    I did noticed that the form was embedded using the secure URL. I am not sure yet, but perhaps the security layer could be preventing the responsive widget from working properly on the website also. 

    May I suggest you also retry re-embedding the form using only the regular http URL.. at least for testing purpose only. Let us see how it goes.
