When I tried to use the visual report builder in order to have a chart for each question on the survey I was not able to. When I used the gear on an existing chart I only received 4 possible selections for the chart rather than all the questions in the survey.
If there is a way you could help me to achieve this I would appreciate it.

Andy in your instance.
Try clicking each of the reports in the dropdown menu .
These reports are auto generated. I believe the first 2 in that menu have charts for all of your multiple choice questions. I can only see 4 in your form. Was the form changed at some point?

I dont see the number of charts I am looking for. It is probable the reports were changed as I was looking to understand how to get sight of all the possible charts. I wouldn't call it unintentional but apparently uninformed.
I deleted the old reports and tried to create a new one just now. Also I changed browsers just to be sure that was not the problem.
When I create the visual report I only see 1 graph and 1 chart. My desire is to see approximately 17 graphs - that is the number of questions in the survey, less the 'comments' fields.
Thanks again for whatever can be done. Andty

Can you confirm the ID of the form that your trying to generate the report for?

I think this will give you the answer. If not let me know and I will find it per your instructions.

The graph is generated for every matrix field and not per row options in it. The form you have created this will result in 4 graphs since it has 4 matrix fields in it, by default though when creating a visual report only the first two questions are displayed. You can add the rest by editing the report and add widgets. If you wish to get 17 graphs for all of the questions you will need to create each question in a separate matrix field.
I went ahead and cloned your form to show how the questions are to be added to have a corresponding graph for it. Every matrix field for a question would take a lot of space on the form so you can also make use of the dropdown field.
You can find the sample form here: http://www.jotform.com/form/12975121554
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your explanation. I will probably take that approach in my next survey. I appreciate your help and that you helped me climb the learning curve. Nothing else is required in regard to this question.
