We're trying to figure out the most suitable pricing plan for our business. We'll be receiving submissions of files on a regular basis from our employees using JotForm
When you say, for example, 100GB of storage on the 19.99 plan, what does that mean? 100GB storage in total? Or per month? Can we delete files if we are nearing our 100GB limit and replace them with other files?
Any info you could provide would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your help!

100GB is the total storage you can use for the whole account. It's not per month. Yes, you can delete submissions with file uploads in it to restore your file storage limit.
File Storage limit will be used when:
a. Someone uploads a file to your form through File Upload field.
b. You add/upload an image to your forms.
Thank you and let us know if you need any further information from us.
