Why was I upgraded without being asked first

    We cannot upgrade an account on our side as we never request for credit card details in order to purchase a subscription on your behalf  whatsoever.

    Such order number belongs to original subscription INT141127-6617-34641S  which you purchased on November 27, 2014

    On January 26, 2015. a duplicate subscription was purchase, but refunded: INT150126-5417-40506S

    I have now canceled subscription INT141127-6617-34641S, your account is scheduled to downgrade on March 28.
