Are there specific system requirements (scripting, etc.) to use this service? When I attempt to delete submissions, I receive an error message, 'Cannot evaluate (Submitter's UserID):' We have a very secure network. Is it possible that something in our security would keep me from being able to access this functionality?
(response to answer) We've had two other users also successfully delete using this user ID as well. And, now the individual who origianlly received the error message is no longer receiving it (using the same browser as previously used when error persisted).
Since the error message actually says 'can't evaluate' (rather than 'can't delete'), is it possible that this was caused by some kind of delay in their network? They are working through a server that is physically located half way around the world. Would this error appear if the system couldn't 'retrieve' the submission (i.e. timed out)? Your insight is appreciated.

I made a test submission on your form and deleted it from submissions page. I did not get such an error message. Can you try using a different browser other thank IE and see if the problem continues?
