why is my form using a default email instead of the receipient email

    Were you just using the Test Email button in the Notifier?

    Using the Test Email will only always send the test message to your JotForm account email.

    If you need to test/check the submission email if it will reached the assign Recipient E-mail address on the Notifier, you have to submit the form in actual.
