    Hi,

A user is allowed to upload up to a  maximum of 1GB per upload, download link's of the file can be seen in your JotForm Submission or even in your Email after notified.  You also have complete control to what type of file extensions you wish to receive in your file upload field, and adjust the max file size that you wish to receive in the properties of the file upload field.

If you need further clarifications or if you have other questions or concerns, just let us know.

    Thanks,

    idarktech

I have duplicated an existing form. However, the notfication email and autoresponse email didn't change the fields according to my new edition of the form fields. Also, not all the fomr fields appear for select to put into the email.

I have recreated your Notification, please check it if that's what you mean.

When your account reaches the maximum storage space allowed for free users, your forms will get disabled temporarily for the remaining days of the month. It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero. You will also be notified by email once you have reached the submission limit.

    Yes, that's right!

Can I delete the uploaded files after I download to my computer so as to release space?

At "My Form", it appears "Clone of ........" when the form was copied from another, how to change the name?

At "email alerts", I tried to change the name of the email but it doesn"t work. The subject inside the email is changed but the name outside didn't change at all!

Also, after users settled payment at Paypal, will they be redirected to the "Thank you page" of the form?

Can I delete the uploaded files after I download to my computer so as to release space?

The file upload space limit for free users is set to 100MB.  If you reach that limit, what you can do is delete your submissions which has file uploads attached to it.  This will allow you more space for uploading files.

At "My Form", it appears "Clone of ........" when the form was copied from another, how to change the name?

To rename your form please follow this guide:

    1. Open the form which you want to edit
    2. Go to the  left-top of your form, where the orange bar is
    3. There you will see current name
    of your form
    4. Simply click on it to be able to edit it

At "email alerts", I tried to change the name of the email but it doesn"t work. The subject inside the email is changed but the name outside didn't change at all!

For renaming Notification please follow this guide:

    1. Go back to your Email Alerts, Click your Notification (e.g. you have LOGO)

    2. On the pop-up dialog, Click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings"

    3. You will then see your Notification Name, check my SS Below

Also, after users settled payment at Paypal, will they be redirected to the "Thank you page" of the form?

The user will be redirected to the Thank You page after the payment is completed on PayPal.
