I did and the form does not show up. It said "The connection was reset" with a sad face.

Can you please try to re-embed it following the same steps, but if the issue persists, to try using a browser such as Firefox or Chrome?
Do let us know however if you are still experiencing the issues.

I can see that the form is already embedded properly on you facebook page. Check the screenshot below.
If it is still the same, then please clear your browser cache. I will clear your form's cache as well. After that, close and re-open the browser and log back in to JotForm.
