    Hello.

    I cannot login to Jotform.

    "Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue."

    I think this is a mistake, or at least I am not aware of what Term I violated.

    Can you help me understand?

    I need to start working on my account as soon as possible.

    I tried to trace an registered account with your email address "******na*ive@gmail.com", but only a guess account seems to be related with it. Please take in consideration that guest accounts relies on browser's cache, whatever happens to the cache, forms created on a guest account may get lost or purge.

    Please go to www.jotform.com to register a free account if you have not done it yet, if you have, please provide us the account username or the URL of a form created in it, so we can trace your account and re-activated if needed.
