Despite the fact that I removed one card with another I am being billed out of 2 different bank accounts for 2 different amounts Professional Monthly and Monthly economy - looks like its been happening for several months.
I have attached the screen shot from my account.
By the way there is no single way of contacting anyone at jot form via email or phone etc.? So how can you service customers?

I see you have been double charge since October, I cancelled the $19.95 subscription(32949269), two monthly charges of $19.95 have been refunded, and the rest has been prorated, so you will be charge for your Professional subscription(INT150218-1110-50781B) until May 18th.
