Page Break not working on my website

Yesterday when I created an order form when I went to my website, half the time the page break worked properly, the other half of the time I would have to refresh my computer (F5) and then the first page break would work. However, today, the first page break does not work at all. I used Firefox yesterday and today, I even tried Chrome, no luck. Please help. Kevin

I believe that you are referring to your JotForm titled "Arctic Subs Order Form". As I check the form, the next button is working without any issue. This issue could be appearing after embedding the form on your website. If so, please try embedding the JotForm using iframe method. Please refer to the following guide that helps you in getting iframe embed code for your JotForm.
