Excel,csv and PDF generator doesn't work

This code we get if we want to download a pdf-file from our forms.
the excel generator doesn't work also.
When will this error be fixed?

Hi Tom,

Our apologies! But downloading your form submissions to any format in the form submissions page gives me no issues. I've tried it in your last form ID which is http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50601945963964. 

The Get PDF, PDF, Excel and CSV worked fine here. It must be a temporary problem so please kindly try it again and update us here.
