Some mail makes it through but much is still caught by spam.

Do you mean some submission notification mails are getting dumped into your spam folders by your email service?
If so, have you tried adding email@example.com into your trusted senders list?

Yes. I tried adding firstname.lastname@example.org and sent a test email but it went to spam and it said the sender was my email address instead of noreply. Maybe because it was a test??? I will try to fill out the form online and see what happens.

It really shouldnt matter if it was a test or not.
I dont really see much wrong with how you have configured the notification emails in your form.
One thing you could try is changing is the Sender Name to JotForm, just to see if it makes any difference.
Do that for both Notifcation configurations. While on that point, is it one or both of the notification setups you are having this problem with?
I have noticed another issue with how your form is embeded into your webpage.
The line I have highlighted in the head section of your web pages source is unnecessary. Can you remove it?
