    Hello,

The integration usually stops for 2 reasons, there could be an issue with Google API or you made some changes on the spreadsheet columns and headers.

Please take note that when you integrate JotForm to Google spreadsheet, the spreadsheet columns are generated based on the form fields questions. It means that when you change something on the form, you will need to integrate the spreadsheet again. Also, you should not make changes on the spreadsheet because the integration will stop working or that specific field will be blank.

I cloned your form and integrate with my Google spreadsheet and it works fine. Please try to remove the integration and add it again.

Hope this works. If not, let us know so that we can further investigate.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

It will really create a new spreadsheet once you redo the integration. The old spreadsheet should still be on your Google Drive if you need to back it up.

The submission is blank probably because the form fields within JotForm and header columns within spreadsheet did not match.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Remove the integration then save the form.

    2. Log out from JotForm.

    3. Clear your browsers cache.

    4. Close and re-open your browser

    5. Log back in to JotForm.

    6. Add the integration again.

I will also clear your forms cache so you forms will be refreshed from our servers.

Let us know if it is still the same. Thank you.

    Hi,

I have a similar problem and a question concerning the steps to reintegrate the spreadsheet again. Will my older submissions be exported in the Google spreadsheet again after I deleted the old spreadsheet connection? Or do I have to copy them into the new spreadsheet manually?

    Thanks

    philipp

You look like a smart kid Jan, but you're barking up the wrong tree. Integration between Jotform and Google has broken down as of Sep 7th 2016. And it is possible to mess with a few things within the google spreadsheet without having to always remove the link then reestablishing it again to jotform, which as you say creates a completely new sheet.

The integration should be working properly once again.  Any new submission will update the sheet with all current submissions.  All new submissions should be forwarded to the appropriate sheet immediately after receiving the submission.
